No returns allowed without prior approval. Prior to returning a product, please contact Customer Service Department at 1-800-845-8490 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. Items must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
